NEW DEVELOPMENT PROPERTY
This is a new development project "OAP-suitable Assisted Living". In accordance with the requirements of seniors, 35 residential units were built next to an already existing building (also "Assisted Living"). 11 of the units were planned as wheelchair-accessible flats.
Egeln lies in the state of Saxony-Anhalt, near the city of Magdeburg. The plot Flur 21, land parcel 96/0 at Wasserburg 1a is located on the periphery of the historic old town directly on the edge of the Egeln moated castle grounds. The city centre with shopping opportunities, restaurants, banks, doctors and much more is within approx. 2 minutes' walking distance.
All work was completed in winter 2007. After completion, a large, renowned German parent organisation in the health and social sector came in as long-term master tenant and operator of the facility.
